CNC Press Brake Fabrication Specialist

Location: Russellville, AR

Compensation: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Full-Time

A day in this role

You clock in for first shift, review the morning schedule, and pull the day’s work orders. With blueprints in hand, you set up the press brake, verify tooling, and run first-article parts. Calipers, tape measures, and scales stay close as you confirm each bend angle and dimension. Between runs, you update production paperwork, package completed components, and collaborate with teammates to keep the line moving safely and efficiently. If another department needs a hand, you jump in.

What you’ll handle

• Operate press brake machinery to form accurate sheet metal parts
• Interpret blueprints and work orders to hit precise specifications
• Set up tooling and adjust machine settings for new jobs and changeovers
• Perform in-process quality checks and document results
• Complete and maintain production records and labels
• Package finished parts for shipment
• Follow safety procedures, JSAs, and SOPs at all times
• Partner with team members to meet output targets
• Pitch in with other departments when needed

What you bring

• Hands-on experience operating a press brake in a production environment
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints
• Proficiency with a tape measure and scales for precise measurements
• Sharp attention to detail and quality-driven mindset
• Comfort following written procedures and verbal instructions
• Team-first approach and clear communication
• Openness to overtime as production demands
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, kneeling, and reaching

• Manufacturing floor with exposure to heat/cold, noise, and fumes
• Active environment with moving machinery and sharp materials
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions
