Start your morning on the shop floor in Ivyland, setting up CNC equipment for the days work orders. You will load tooling, check offsets, and verify programs in Mazatrol or G and M code with guidance as needed. As parts come off the machines, you will validate dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and gauges, record SPC data, and keep production flowing by troubleshooting minor issues and performing routine maintenance. Throughout the day, you will collaborate with teammates to hit daily and monthly targets while ensuring every component meets ISO quality standards.
We offer comprehensive health coverage (medical and prescription, dental, vision), wellness programs, life insurance, a robust 401(k), paid time off, and an employee stock grant among other benefits.
