CNC Plasma Operator

Job Responsibilities : CNC Plasma
We are seeking a skilled CNC Plasma Table Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining CNC plasma cutting equipment to produce high-quality metal components. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC machining, blueprint reading, and metal fabrication, ensuring precision and efficiency in the cutting process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate, and program CNC plasma cutting tables to cut metal parts according to specifications.
• Adjust cutting parameters, including speed, voltage, and gas flow, for optimal performance.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring correct placement and alignment for cutting operations.
• Monitor cutting processes, inspect finished parts, and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on CNC plasma equipment.
• Collaborate with team members, including welders and fabricators, to ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Experience operating CNC plasma cutting tables or similar CNC equipment.
• Knowledge of different metals, their properties, and proper cutting techniques.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and software (preferred but not required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety protocols.

Work Environment:
• Industrial or fabrication shop setting with exposure to heavy machinery, metal materials, and potential noise.
• Requires standing for extended periods and handling large metal sheets.
