Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for a Machine Operator in Dothan, AL. This position offers pay starting between $16.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience. They will be working a Monday-Friday 1st shift schedule from 6a-4:30p and Saturday overtime as needed.
Job Description & Requirements:
- Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling and cutting.
- Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
- Confirm job order requirements are met, including the proper selection of job priority, material, speed, and program loading.
- Adjust; edit programs to optimize production quality and efficiency.
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Crane operating experience preferred but not required.
