In this role, you will:

• Operate CNC machining and turning centers to produce high-quality precision parts and instruments.
  
• Work from detailed part drawings and specifications, ensuring dimensional accuracy within +/- .05mm.
  
• Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect workpieces.
  
• Perform minor tool changes and adjustments to maintain tolerances and meet quality standards.
  
• Identify and report machine malfunctions and operating issues to the Lead for resolution.
  
• Load, inspect, assemble, and package parts according to work instructions and quality alerts.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to inspection frequencies.
  
• Be cross-trained on different machines to support production needs.
  

Requirements

What We Need from You:

• 6+ months of experience operating CNC machines
  
• Working knowledge of Fanuc controls on machines such as Mori Seiki, Okumas, and Harding
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
• Ability to lift/handle heavy objects frequently and stand for 8 hours
  
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  
• Consistent attendance and adherence to safety protocols
