CNC Operator

We are looking for an experienced CNC router operator to run the machine at our granite and quartz countertop shop in Kernersville. If you’ve run a CNC router in a stone or fabrication shop and want a steady place to stay, keep reading! Our CNC router drives the whole shop. When it runs well, everything runs well. We need someone who can step in, own the machine, and stick around. We care about our people, we work as a team, and we take pride in our quality.

What you’ll do

• Run a CNC router cutting granite, quartz, and marble countertops
• Read shop drawings, blueprints, and job specs
• Measure accurately in metric and imperial (calipers, tape, etc.)
• Handle routine CNC maintenance and flag issues early
• Keep remakes low and the machine running

What you need

• CNC experience in a stone shop or similar hard-material fabrication shop (required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance. You show up every day.
• Team player on the shop floor

Bonus if you have

• Granite, quartz, or solid surface fabrication experience
• Time on a bridge saw, waterjet, or BACA
• You want a long-term role, not a stepping stone

This is NOT the right fit if you’ve never run a CNC router. We can’t train this one from scratch.
