Overview

Symbiotic Services is hiring a CNC Operator II to set up and operate CNC machinery while contributing to continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines using blueprints and job specifications
  
• Determine feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining sequences
  
• Perform first article inspections and coordinate QA approvals
  
• Adjust machine settings to maintain precision and efficiency
  
• Operate multiple machines and perform secondary operations
  
• Train and support other operators
  
• Ensure product quality before moving to next stage
  
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years CNC setup experience
  
• 3+ years manufacturing experience
  
• Experience with offsets, G52, and probing
  
• Ability to read blueprints
  
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools
  

Work Environment

• Industrial setting with machinery, noise, and airborne materials
  
• PPE required at all times
