Schedule
1st Shift
Monday Thursday: 5: 00 AM 3: 30 PM
Overtime may be required on Fridays from 5: 00 AM 1: 00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines to cut and shape die castings to customer specifications
Read blueprints and follow programmed machining instructions
Perform machining operations including turning, milling, drilling, tapping, boring, reaming and countersinking
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, gauge pins and digital gauges
Identify quality issues and ensure parts meet specifications
Assist with machine setup adjustments as needed
Learn print reading, equipment operation and quality procedures through on-the-job training
Qualifications
Previous CNC machining experience is preferred
Manufacturing experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Stable work history with good longevity
Ability to use precision measuring tools
Dependable with a commitment to quality and safety
