CNC Operator
Hartford, WI
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Pay:
1st Shift: $25.00 - $30.00/hour
2nd Shift: $27.00 - $32.00/hour (includes shift premium)
Kelly Services is hiring CNC Operators for a leading manufacturer in Hartford, WI. What You'll Do
Set up and operate CNC milling machines
Load and run pre-programmed CNC programs
Review work instructions, specifications, and production requirements
Read blueprints and machining specifications
Monitor machine operations and identify potential issues
Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment as required
Cut and prepare materials for production
Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
What We're Looking For
Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience operating CNC mills and machining equipment
Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
High School Diploma or GED preferred
