CNC & Manual MachinistFull-Time | 6am-2pm (Mon–Fri)Precision Machining – ToolshopPosition OverviewWe are seeking a CNC & Manual Machinist to help run our precision machining operations that support plastic production tooling and components. This role is open to both experienced machinists and entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn and grow. We value teamwork, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
- Operate manual machines (mill, lathe, drill press, grinder, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints and machine parts to required tolerances
- Use precision measuring tools for in-process and final inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work cooperatively with colleagues to meet production and quality goals
QualificationsEntry-Level Candidates:- Basic machining knowledge or technical school background
- Familiarity with measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
- Strong desire to learn and grow in machining
Experienced / Specialist Candidates:- CNC setup and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to edit and program CNC code and hold tight tolerances
- Ability to work independently while supporting team success
