CNC Machine Operator
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday -Friday 6am-6pm
We are looking for a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you will operate manual CNC machinery, inspect finished parts, and assist with finishing, deburring, packaging, and inventory.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC and shop machinery safely and efficiently
- Finish and deburr parts
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Measure and mark parts as needed
- Complete production and inspection paperwork
- Assist with assembly, packaging, and inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and training requirements
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic shop math skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manufacturing or machine shop experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent use of hands and fingers
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with higher noise levels and varying temperatures
