What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to meet production specifications
- Load raw materials and monitor machine performance throughout each run
- Make tooling changes and adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers
- Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with the team
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic machine upkeep
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of CNC experience
- 3+ years of CNC experience (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required (technical training or CNC certification is a plus)
