CNC Operator

Job Description: The CNC Operator will be responsible for independently setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC laser equipment used to manufacture precision components. Responsibilities include machine setup, fixturing, program selection and modification, G-code adjustments, dimensional inspection, quality verification, and ensuring jobs are completed to blueprint and customer specifications. This position will also identify process improvements, resolve machining or programming issues, and work closely with production and engineering to maintain quality and productivity.
