What You’ll Do as a CNC Operator:- Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to manufacture precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make offsets to maintain quality standards
- Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and material issues during production
- Set up and adjust CNC machines for different production runs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You Need to Bring to the CNC Operator Role:- 1–2 years of CNC machining experience required
- Ability to safely and independently operate CNC lathes and milling machines
- Experience setting up and adjusting CNC equipment for production runs
- Proficiency using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical and machining issues
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
