CNC Operator (3rd Shift)

Our client in Wickliffe has an immediate need for a CNC Operator. This is a Temp-to-Hire position.

• Pay is $18.00 Hour + $2.10 shift differential

• This is a 3rd Shift Position, 11PM to 7AM

• Wickliffe, OH

Essential Functions:

• Set up CNC Milling machines, which includes mount part holding fixture, load proper program and mount proper cutting tools
• Load and Unload parts on fixtures, check for visual and dimensional criteria during production run
• Make adjustments on all equipment as required to maintaining Quality standards
• Cut tie-bars on bucket cores
• Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on department equipment as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a team oriented environment
• Ability to use micrometers, calipers and other measuring instruments to measure product to within 0.001"
• Must be self-directed to accomplish goals with minimal supervision
• Must have good interpersonal skills for dealing with customers and internal employees
