This full-time opportunity is ideal for dependable individuals who take pride in producing quality products and working in a team-focused environment.Requirements for the 3rd Shift CNC Operator
- Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred
- Manufacturing, woodworking, or powder coating experience is a plus
- Ability to read measuring devices, blueprints, and production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work overnight hours in a production environment
3rd Shift CNC Operator Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC equipment according to production schedules
- Load and unload wood materials and finished products
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications
- Perform routine quality inspections and measurements
- Make basic machine adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate production issues with supervisors and team members
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay: $20.00+ per hour, based on experience
- Shift differential for 3rd shift
