^{What You’ll Do}

• ^{Operate CNC machines and other production equipment according to specifications and work instructions}
• ^{Produce parts within established quality standards and tolerances}
• ^{Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers}
• ^{Monitor machine operation and identify out-of-tolerance conditions or equipment issues}
• ^{Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance as needed}
• ^{Maintain accurate production and quality records}
• ^{Follow ISO procedures, safety guidelines, and 5S workplace organization standards}
• ^{Keep work area clean, organized, and production-ready}
• ^{Work collaboratively with supervisors and quality teams to maintain production goals}

^{What We’re Looking For}

• ^{Previous manufacturing or CNC experience preferred}
• ^{Ability to read measuring tools and perform basic math calculations}
• ^{Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment}
• ^{Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality}
• ^{Reliable attendance and strong work ethic}
• ^{Ability to follow written and verbal instructions}
• ^{Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings is a plus}

^{Physical & Work Environment}

• ^{Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements}
• ^{Frequent bending, lifting, and material handling up to 50 lbs}
• ^{Exposure to manufacturing conditions including noise, heat, cold, moving machinery, and industrial equipment}
• ^{Must be comfortable working safely in an active production environment}
