CNC Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (5 x 10-hour shifts)
Overtime: 10 hours of overtime built into the weekly schedule

Pay: Starting at $17.50–$18.00/hour, based on experience and performance. Pay increases may be considered after demonstrating skills and performance.

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable CNC Machine Operators to join our 2nd shift team. Operators will work with a variety of CNC equipment, including Makino and Mazak horizontal mills and Doosan lathes, in a medium- to high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload CNC machines with materials and parts.
• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Meet established production goals and maintain production rates.
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• CNC machine experience is preferred.
• Experience working with metal parts is helpful.
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and a stable work history.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform quality inspections using measuring tools when required.
