Our Quick Coupling Division in Grantsburg, WI is looking for new CNC Operators to help keep the world moving. CNC Operators are responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts to print specifications. This position includes reading blueprints and CADCAM programs, selecting and setting tooling and offsets, performing first-article inspections, monitoring run conditions, and documenting production data. This role ensures consistent quality, high productivity, and safe operation while supporting continuous improvement in a precision manufacturing environment.
