1st Shift Hours: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm
2nd Shift Hours: Mon-Thur 3pm-1am

As a CNC Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts efficiently. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure all output meets quality standards and safety protocols.

What You'll Do
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling or lathe machines to produce precision parts.
• Performing essential tool changes and offset adjustments confidently to ensure precise machining.
• Managing quality and production standards while strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
• Utilizing CNC Haas milling machinery to manufacture components that meet exact customer specifications.
• Conducting first-piece and in-process inspections of parts to verify compliance with print and process specifications.
• Communicating effectively with the production team to meet daily output goals.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Previous experience as a CNC Operator or CNC Machinist.
• Hands-on experience with CNC milling or lathe machining; direct experience with Haas machines is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to perform tool changes and offsets independently.
• Strong attention to detail with experience in quality inspections and measurement tools.
• A reliable, safety-conscious mindset and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in Streetsboro, Ohio, and offers a Monday through Thursday schedule from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
