Hours: Monday – Thursday, 3:45pm – 2:15am

As a CNC Machinist, you'll work with advanced mill-turn equipment to produce precise parts for various industries. You'll collaborate closely with engineers and programmers to solve machining challenges and meet tight tolerances.

What You'll Do As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for
• Setting up and operating CNC mill-turn equipment safely and efficiently
• Interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining specifications
• Measuring and inspecting materials and parts to verify dimensional accuracy
• Troubleshooting machining issues alongside programmers and team members
• Maintaining accurate production and inspection records
• Supporting manual lathe, EDM, and forging processes as needed
• Training and mentoring fellow machinists

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have
• At least five years of CNC machining experience
• The ability to set up and operate CNC equipment confidently
• Strong blueprint reading skills and understanding of GD&T
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools and in-process inspections
• Strong math, geometry, and troubleshooting skills
• A high school diploma or GED
• Availability to work the Friday–Sunday overnight schedule
