Responsibilities
Set up CNC mills, including tooling, fixtures, and offsets.
Read blueprints and interpret GD&T specifications.
Load, edit, and adjust CNC programs as needed.
Perform first-piece inspections and maintain tight tolerances.
Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to ensure quality.
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
Qualifications
1–2 years of CNC machining experience required.
Previous setup experience preferred; training available for experienced operators.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
Experience with Fanuc, Haas, or Hurco controls is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Pay Based on Experience
$24–$26/hr: CNC operators with some setup exposure.
$26–$30/hr: Experienced machinists who can perform setups independently.
$30–$34/hr: Advanced setup machinists with multi-axis and programming experience.
