CNC Mill Programmer‑Operator (GD&T Focus)

Status: Full-Time | Night Shift
Compensation: $25–$35 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday | 3:15 PM – 1:15 AM

How you’ll contribute
- Own CNC milling operations to deliver parts that meet or exceed spec
- Translate blueprints, travelers, and technical instructions into accurate setups and cuts
- Handle material loading/unloading with efficiency and care
- Perform basic setups; flag and coordinate tooling requirements
- Inspect, measure, and log quality and production data
- Keep your cell clean, organized, and fully documented
- Partner with teammates to identify improvements and solve issues
What sets you apart
- 5+ years operating and setting up CNC mills (Level 2/3 capability)
- High school diploma or GED
- Intermediate knowledge of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T
- Mechanical aptitude and strong math fundamentals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Clear communicator; collaborative and solutions‑oriented
- Detail‑driven with a strong work ethic
