Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and inspecting parts produced on CNC Horizontal Boring Mills while maintaining tight tolerances, high-quality standards, and production efficiency.

The ideal CNC Mill Operator has strong setup experience, can read blueprints and GD&T requirements, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience required
Experience with CNC Horizontal Boring Mills preferred
Fanuc controls experience highly preferred
Ability to independently perform machine setups
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Advanced understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
Proficiency with precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and gauges
Basic math skills including geometry and algebra
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC Horizontal Boring Mill machines
Produce precision-machined components within specified tolerances
Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment
Troubleshoot machining issues and make machine adjustments as necessary
Monitor machine performance and report maintenance concerns promptly
Maintain tooling, fixtures, and machine setups for optimal performance
Operate forklifts and lifting equipment as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and production personnel
Follow all company safety policies and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
Fanuc control programming and setup experience
Forklift experience or certification
Experience in heavy manufacturing or precision machining environments
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience with continuous improvement or lean manufacturing initiatives
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a 10 12-hour shift
Ability to lift and handle materials as required
Frequent repetitive motion and material handling activities
Ability to work safely around machinery and moving equipment
Comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing facility
Exposure to machinery, metalworking equipment, temperature fluctuations, and production noise
Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and quality
PPE required while working on the production floor
