We're looking for motivated CNC Mill Operators who are passionate about craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Run CNC programs for specific item codes
Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines
Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality
Maintain production specifications
Collaborate with a highly skilled and supportive team
Contribute to a safe, efficient, and innovative workplace
What You Bring to the Team Education & Knowledge
GED or High School Diploma required
1–3 years manufacturing experience
Ability to read and perform basic math (8th‑grade level or higher
Skills & Abilities
Understanding of manufacturing quality principles
Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and job plans
Ability to stand for long periods, use tools, and perform repetitive tasks (including bending/stooping)
Strong visual acuity for reading instructions and inspecting parts
Good judgment, decision‑making skills, and a strong safety mindset
