CNC Mill Machinist

Summary:

A leading medical device contract manufacturer is hiring multiple 1st and 2nd Shift CNC Setup/Operators to join their team in Riviera Beach. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Setup and operate machines, checking products, and keeping production items running through machining areas with quantity and quality acceptable to the ISO 13485 Standards.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

* Operate CNC milling machines for the production of products.
* Inspect product per the inspection plan, which can include basic Shop tools (mics, calipers, etc…), Vision Systems, bore gages, etc…
* Participate in ongoing process improvements.


Requirements:

* Precision CNC mill setup experience (ie. 4 to 5-axis milling machines)
* Open to working 1st or 2nd shift schedules
* Ability to run multiple CNC Machines
* Solid necessary math skills, including measuring and keeping count records
