Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Haas CNC milling machines
- Load materials and monitor machine operations to ensure quality production
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings
- Measure and inspect finished components using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Perform tool changes and adjust machine offsets as needed
- Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain production efficiency
- Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures
- Accurately complete production and inspection documentation
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of CNC Mill operating experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating Haas CNC Mills
- Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred
- Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code programming
- Experience editing CNC programs and making machine adjustments
- Setup experience is a strong plus
- Manufacturing or machining certificate/training is beneficial
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has experience in precision machining, understands machining tolerances, and can confidently operate Haas CNC milling equipment with minimal supervision. Candidates with G-Code and M-Code knowledge who can assist with program edits and troubleshooting will be highly valued.
