What you’ll do
- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce parts per work orders
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T tolerances
- Use math and measurement tools to validate first-piece and in-process checks
- Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe, organized work area
- Complete preventive maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and request repairs when needed
- Record production and quality data; communicate across shifts to ensure continuity
- Contribute to program proving, tool registers, and offsets when applicable
What we’re looking for
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving and machine de-bugging skills
- Solid tool knowledge; understanding of tolerances and program intent
- Math and measuring proficiency; blueprint reading (GD&T) is a plus
- Set-up and programming experience is a plus
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and form conclusions
- Self-starter who is resourceful and dependable

- Location: Ellwood City, PA
- Schedule: Full-time with openings on 1st and afternoon shifts
- Commute: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
