What you'll do
- Field service responsibility for installs, corrective repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
- Deliver operator training and lend technical insight to sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with customers at all levels while upholding Ellison’s professional and ethical standards.
- Own your service cases, keep meticulous records, and maintain technical documentation.
- Handle related service tasks as needed.
Your background
- Experience with CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers—installations, maintenance, and repair.
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and electrical diagnostics.
- Demonstrated skill in CNC machine repair and equipment diagnostics.
Equipment domain
- Vertical machining centers (3–4 axis and 5+ axis)
- CNC lathes (2–4 axis and 5+ axis)
