CNC Manufacturing Specialist — Mill, Lathe & Swiss

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC machines to meet exacting specifications and deadlines.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD files to plan tool paths and machining sequences.
• Monitor cycles and make data‑driven adjustments to preserve accuracy and surface finish.
• Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with peers to optimize processes, shorten cycle times, and boost efficiency.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards at every step of the machining process.
• Document all production details and maintain precise records of completed work.

What it takes

• High school diploma/equivalent; additional machining education or certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience as a CNC machinist or similar position.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G‑code).
• Familiarity with a variety of machine tools and shop equipment.
• Sharp attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Comfort operating both independently and in a fast‑moving team setting.

• CNC Lathe (2–4 axis): Mazak, Samsung, Quick Tech, Haas, Murata, Okuma, Fuji, Doosan, Nakamura, Takisawa, Hyundai - Wia, Dmg Mori Seiki, Hwachon
• CNC Swiss Lathe: Star, Citizen, Tsugami, Index, Eurotech, Tornos, Hanwha, Yama‑Seiki, Nomura
• CAM Software: Mastercam, Autodesk Fusion 360, Sprutcam, Esprit, HSM Works, Promill, Bobcad, GibbsCAM, Surfcam, Mazatrol, Siemens NX
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC): Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Kitamura, Matsuura, Mikron, Dmg Mori Seiki, Hwachon
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis): Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, Index, Eurotech, Miyano, Dmg Mori Seiki, Samsung, Nakamura, Hwachon
