With over 50 years of experience, we are committed to delivering high-quality products through advanced manufacturing techniques and a dedicated team of professionals.Job DescriptionThe CNC Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs for multi-axis mills and lathes (primarily using Siemens NX).Design efficient workholding and fixturing solutions to support production.Collaborate with machinists and production staff to resolve technical challenges.Select tooling and recommend process improvements to reduce cycle times and increase tool life.Support NPI by assisting in process planning and documentation.Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including setup sheets, work instructions, and inspection criteria.Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions related to manufacturing issues.Assist with lean manufacturing initiatives, cost reduction projects, and continuous improvement activities.Apply today for immediate consideration!
