Develop, program, and optimize CNC machining processes for complex components
Create and validate complete manufacturing plans, including tooling, fixtures, and workholding solutions
Lead process improvements focused on cycle time reduction, efficiency, and cost optimization
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues to ensure production reliability
Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications to ensure precise manufacturing output
Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including process validation and launch readiness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance and production outcomes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across machining operations
Extensive experience in CNC programming within a precision machining environment (typically 7+ years)
Proven ability to independently develop, test, and refine CNC programs for complex parts
Strong expertise in manufacturing process development, including tooling and setup optimization
Solid understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and machining best practices
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues autonomously
Experience with multi-axis machining (4-axis/5-axis) is advantageous
Background in aerospace, defense, medical, or other high-spec manufacturing industries preferred
Degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
