A well-established contract machining and metal finishing company is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join its growing team. This organization specializes in designing and manufacturing complex, cost-effective solutions for demanding industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement solutions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Available Shifts
- Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (15% shift premium)
- Weekend Day Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10% shift premium)
- Weekend Night Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (20% shift premium)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment
- At least 2 years of CNC machining experience in a job shop (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues independently
- Experience with 5-axis CNC machines is a plus (training available for the right candidate)
- Proficient in the use of hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
- Willingness to work 45+ hours per week, including occasional weekends
