Location: Wauseon, OH
Pay Rate: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift openings working Monday - Friday

Experienced CNC Machinist to join our aerospace and defense manufacturing team. The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and/or Swiss machines using existing CNC programs to produce precision-machined components that meet customer and quality requirements. CNC programming is not required for this position.

What You Will Do
As a CNC Machinist you will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications. You will verify machine setups, inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain tooling, and support quality and production goals while following established safety and manufacturing procedures.
The CNC Machinist supports precision manufacturing by programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment used to produce complex components. This role requires strong mechanical ability, mathematical skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
A successful CNC Machinist understands machining processes, tooling, inspection techniques, and machine operation while maintaining consistent product quality and production efficiency. Careful attention to detail helps ensure parts meet exact engineering specifications.
