CNC Machinist

Pay: $20-$26+ per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday-Friday with Overtime
Job Type: Full-Time

CNC Machinist - Must-Have Requirements

• Previous CNC machining experience required
• Experience with HAAS controls
• Experience with Fanuc controls
• Experience setting up CNC milling machines
• Experience with horizontal and/or vertical machining
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and measurements
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments

CNC Machinist - Position Summary

Experienced CNC Machinist responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling equipment to produce precision parts according to blueprints, specifications, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HAAS and Fanuc controls and be comfortable performing milling setups.

CNC Machinist - Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines
• Set tools, offsets, work coordinates, and fixtures
• Operate machines using HAAS and Fanuc controls
• Perform horizontal and vertical machining
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Select appropriate tooling and cutting parameters
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain part quality
• Perform basic troubleshooting and make setup corrections
• Monitor machine operation and production
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow established safety and quality procedures
