    CNC Machinist – High Precision Aerospace

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with aerospace experience for a high-precision machining position involving intricate, tight-tolerance work. This is a higher-level CNC opportunity requiring exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with extremely small measurements where even minor variations are not acceptable.

    This is not a typical production CNC position. Candidates should have experience machining complex, high-precision aerospace components and working to extremely tight tolerances.

    Schedule & Pay

    • Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM–3:30 AM
    • $20–$24/hour BOE
    • Higher pay may be available for specialized aerospace experience
    • Candidates seeking up to $35/hour are encouraged to apply based on experience

    Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce intricate aerospace components
    • Read and interpret detailed blueprints, drawings, and specifications
    • Work with extremely tight tolerances and precise measurements
    • Use precision measuring and inspection equipment
    • Make machine adjustments to maintain exact specifications
    • Inspect finished components for accuracy and consistency
    • Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections
    • Maintain strict quality standards throughout the machining process


    Requirements
    • Aerospace experience required
    • Advanced CNC machining experience required
    • Experience with intricate, high-precision machining
    • Strong understanding of tight tolerances and precision measurements
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
    • Experience using precision measuring instruments
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machining issues
    • DOT drug screen and National Background Check required
