Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with strong hands-on expertise in CNC programming, multi-axis machining, and precision manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience machining complex components, operating CNC equipment, interpreting engineering drawings, and supporting process validation and continuous improvement initiatives. Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Program and operate CNC machines to manufacture complex components.
- Operate multi-axis CNC machining centers, including DMG Mori, Mazak, and Doosan equipment.
- Work with EDMs, lathes, and profile grinders.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and design records.
- Review tooling and fixturing setups and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support process development, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify cycle-time improvements and optimize machining processes.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to meet manufacturing objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5 7 years of CNC programming and production machining experience.
- Hands-on experience with multi-axis CNC machining.
- Experience with complex component machining, preferably in aerospace manufacturing.
- Proficiency in NX programming, Vericut, and probing systems.
- Knowledge of AS9100 standards.
- Machinist certification, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work onsite during the night shift in Terre Haute, Indiana.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating DMG Mori, Mazak, or Doosan CNC equipment.
- Knowledge of EDMs, lathes, and profile grinders.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- CAD, Creo, or Pro/E proficiency.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
