CNC Machinist - Statesboro, GA
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00/hour (Based on Experience)
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Statesboro, GA. This full-time position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision parts while meeting production and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as needed
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make corrections to maintain quality standards
- Monitor machine performance and perform routine maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous CNC machining experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience with G-code programming is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
