    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer to join our growing precision manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can independently program, set up, and operate CNC machines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines
    • Run jobs independently from setup through final production
    • Manufacture precision-machined parts to tight tolerances and specifications
    • Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T
    • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
    • Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize production performance
    • Recommend improvements to tooling, processes, and workflow efficiency
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
    • Communicate tooling and material requirements to management
    • Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards and best practices

    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist and/or CNC Programmer
    • Strong hands-on experience with HAAS controls (or similar CNC systems)
    • Experience with CAM software such as Fusion 360, Mastercam, or equivalent
    • Solid understanding of:
    • Cutting tools
    • Speeds and feeds
    • Machining various materials
    • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
    • Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T principles
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Doosan / DN Solutions CNC lathes
    • Familiarity with Fanuc controls
