We're hiring an experienced CNC Turning Center Programmer/Operator for a growing precision manufacturing company in the Minneapolis area. If you enjoy programming, setup, and machining high-quality precision parts while working with modern CNC equipment, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Program and operate HAAS CNC turning centers
- Perform machine setups, live tooling, and sub-spindle operations
- Read blueprints and CAD drawings
- Create CNC programs from 2D and 3D models
- Machine precision plastic components to tight tolerances
- Operate manual lathes for specialty projects
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
What We're Looking For
- CNC turning programming and setup experience
- HAAS CNC experience preferred
- Live tooling and sub-spindle experience
- Manual lathe experience
- Blueprint reading and CAD interpretation skills
- Strong quality mindset and attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
