    What Youll Do:

    • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines using drawings, processors, and programming tools
    • Build sub-routines that account for geometry and tolerances to ensure accurate production
    • Manually program and run Bridgeport-type machines from blueprints
    • Select tooling, review programs, and make edits to keep production on spec
    • Maintain tight tolerances based on part drawings
    • Handle secondary operations such as deburring when needed
    • Support and guide lower-level operators on proper machine use
    • Keep production records updated and maintain a clean, safe work area
    • Follow all safety guidelines and report equipment or material issues

    What We're Looking For:

    • At least 5 years of CNC and Bridgeport-type machine operation
    • Comfortable measuring with calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
    • Experience with CNC programming is a plus
    • Someone who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality parts
    • Comfortable working in a busy environment with shifting priorities
    • Able to work overtime as needed, including evenings or weekends
    • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with all levels

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, 10 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, company-paid life and disability plans, and matching 401k to eligible employees.
