    We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist with expert-level programming experience for a direct hire position in Beaumont, CA.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Manually develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC lathe programs using G-code to ensure optimal performance and precision.
    • Set up and operate CNC lathes for both production runs and prototype development, ensuring machines are configured for maximum efficiency.
    • Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine calibrations to maintain tight tolerances and high-quality outputs.
    • Interpret and work from complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to produce parts that meet exact standards.
    • Inspect machined components using precision measurement tools to verify compliance with quality standards.
    • Support continuous process improvements by analyzing machining methods and implementing solutions to enhance productivity.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing workflows and resolve technical issues.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC lathe programming and machining, preferably within a plastics or injection molding environment.
    • Proficiency in manual G-code programming, with the ability to independently create and edit programs.
    • Strong skills in CNC setup, tooling, offsets, and machine calibration.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications with precision.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities to quickly address and resolve machining issues.
    • Experience machining plastics, PVC, or components in the plastics injection molding industry is a plus.

    Preferred Additional Skills:

    • Experience with CNC milling, including 4-axis setup and operation.
