This CNC Machinist (Future Machine Shop Manager) opportunity starts hands-on on the shop floor and offers a clear path to lead machining as production scales.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Machinist (Future Machine Shop Manager)position include:
- 5+ years operating manual machine tools and 5+ years operating programmable CNC machines
- Experience with both milling and turning
- Strong engineering drawing and GD&T interpretation skills
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools
- Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools safely and efficiently
- Program and run programmable CNC machines as the shop grows
- Machine molds and tools used in production, plus part machining/fabrication as needed
- Help select tooling, equipment, and shop processes as production scales
Salary: $65,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Health, dental and vision; 401(k) without a current match; unlimited PTO; no current bonus. Potential future 401k match, bonuses, stock options or profit sharing.
