We’re looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team, offering flexible start times and unlimited overtime so you can maximize your earnings and fit work around your life.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes  independently and safely

• Perform full machine setups (boring jaws, setting tools, indicating parts)

• Read and interpret setup sheets, blueprints, and GD&T

• Hold tight tolerances on complex aerospace components

• Make tooling offsets and program adjustments to maintain quality

• Inspect parts using micrometers, height gauges, verniers, and other precision tools

• Maintain machine cleanliness and daily TPMs

• Follow all safety standards and company procedures

• Support continuous improvement, cross-training, and cost-saving initiatives

• Mentor and support junior machinists and team members

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience (aerospace required)

• Experience with mill-turn and live tooling (preferred)

• Solid understanding of GD&T and precision measurement tools

• Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work independently

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Technical/vocational training preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
