What You'll Do Help customers select the right cutting tools, drills, taps, inserts, holders, and industrial supplies Recommend tooling solutions based on workpiece material, machine capability, and machining application Troubleshoot machining challenges including tool life, chatter, chip control, surface finish, and cycle time Provide technical guidance on speeds, feeds, coatings, tool geometry, and machining best practices Prepare quotes, process customer orders, assist with will-call, and provide general tooling assistance.

CNC Machinist - Cutting Tool Support We're looking for an experienced CNC machinist or tooling professional to join our Cutting Tools & Industrial Supplies team in a technical support role. This is a customer-facing technical support role—not a sales position—where your machining knowledge becomes your greatest asset. If you're ready to take your machining expertise beyond the shop floor, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Help customers select the right cutting tools, drills, taps, inserts, holders, and industrial supplies Recommend tooling solutions based on workpiece material, machine capability, and machining application Troubleshoot machining challenges including tool life, chatter, chip control, surface finish, and cycle time Provide technical guidance on speeds, feeds, coatings, tool geometry, and machining best practices Prepare quotes, process customer orders, assist with will-call, and provide general tooling assistance.
