    Location: Claremore, OK

    Work Setting: Onsite

    Shifts Available

    • 2nd Shift: 4:00pm to 2:30am (Monday through Thursday + $1.00 shift differential/Claremore or Tulsa location)
    • Weekend Days: 5:00am to 5:30pm (Friday through Sunday/Claremore)
    • Weekend Nights: 5:00pm to 5:30am (Friday through Sunday + $3.00 shift differential/Claremore)
    • 1st Shift: 5:30am to 4:00pm (Monday through Thursday)

    Compensation: $22.00 – $60.00 per hour, based on experience

    What You’ll Do

    • Set up and operate 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑axis CNC milling machines (Makino and SNK) with FANUC controls.
    • Read, interpret, and adjust G‑code to ensure efficient, precise machining.
    • Perform quality checks using blueprints, GD&T, calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
    • Verify first‑article and in‑process parts meet tight aerospace tolerances.
    • Conduct basic machine maintenance (coolant, chip removal, offsets).
    • Collaborate with leads and operations staff to meet production and quality targets.
    • Uphold a “first‑piece‑right” and zero‑defect culture within a clean, high‑precision environment.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (QCDSA) and support team training.


    What You Bring

    • 2+ years of CNC machining experience (Machinist II+) — aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing preferred.
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints, editing G‑code, and running multi‑axis machines.
    • Familiarity with Makino, SNK, or other large‑format mills or lathes.
    • Experience working with aluminum, hard metals, and tight‑tolerance specifications.
    • Willingness to work 2nd or weekend shifts and overtime as needed.
    • Trade‑school or technical program graduates encouraged to apply (Machinist I level).
    • Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
