CNC Machinist

JX Advanced Metals USA is a growing manufacturing company in Mesa, Arizona, producing high-precision components and materials used in advanced technology applications worldwide. We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists who take pride in quality workmanship, continuous improvement, and working as part of a collaborative team.

Whether you are an experienced Machinist I or an advanced Machinist II, you will have the opportunity to work with modern CNC equipment, develop your skills, and contribute directly to the success of our manufacturing operations.

What You''ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Perform inspections using precision measuring equipment
• Adjust tooling, offsets, feeds, and speeds to maintain quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
• Document production and inspection results
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and housekeeping
• Follow company safety, quality, ISO, and IATF requirements

What We''re Looking For

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
• Experience with CNC milling and/or turning operations
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
