    ## Overview

    We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in Canton, OH. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the production process, utilizing your expertise in various CNC machines and software to create high-quality components. If you have a passion for precision machining and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

    ## Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate CNC mills (3-4 axis and 5+ axis VMC) and CNC lathes (2-4 axis and 5+ axis).

    • Utilize CAM software such as Mastercam, Esprit, HSM Works, and GibbsCAM to program CNC machines.

    • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce parts that meet quality standards.

    • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

    • Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and efficiency.

    • Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications.

    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

      Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.

    • Proficiency in operating CNC mills and lathes from brands such as Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, and Okuma.

    • Strong knowledge of CNC programming and CAM software, including Autodesk Fusion 360, Mazatrol, and Sprutcam.

    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

    • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
