Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour; Based on experience
Location: Menands, NY (On-site; bus line accessible)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Type: Temporary to HireExperience: Must have previous experience operating CNC machinery Our client in the Menands, NY area is seeking skilled CNC Operators to join their team. Responsibilities of the CNC Operator will include:*Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
*Program or generate toolpaths as needed for machining operations
*Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is functioning properly
*Move materials and workpieces on and off worktables safely and efficiently
*Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
*Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain tolerances
*Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
*Maintain a clean and organized work area
*Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
*Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications for the role of CNC Operator:*Previous experience operating CNC machinery required
*Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tolerances
*Ability to program or adjust toolpaths preferred
*Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
*Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic
