    Job Overview

    Venture Dynamics-Gulf is seeking skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and machining processes, with the ability to work with various materials and precision instruments. This role is crucial in producing high-quality components that meet exact specifications and contribute to our overall production goals.  Monday-Friday working 48 hours a week.

    Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
    • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
    • Utilize CNC programming skills to create and modify programs for efficient production.
    • Conduct regular inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
    • Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and improve processes.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
    • Assist in tooling selection and setup for various machining operations.
    • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as needed for assembly tasks.

    Skills

    • Proficient in CNC programming and operation of CNC milling machines and lathes.
    • Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
    • Experience with CAM programming software, SolidWorks, CAD, and coordinate measuring machines.
    • Mechanical knowledge with a focus on manufacturing processes including plastics injection molding.
    • Basic math skills for calculations related to machining operations.
    • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and tooling setup.
    • Ability to operate forklifts safely within the manufacturing environment.
    • Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency in production workflows.
